1.  Esports Entertainment Group’s wholly owned subsidiary holds a Curaçao eGaming License. The Curaçao eGaming License allows the Company to conduct real money online gambling and wagering activities on a global basis. A constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Curaçao has been offering the Curacao eGaming License since 1996, making it one of the first jurisdictions in the world to regulate online gambling.

2. Esports Entertainment Group’s wholly owned subsidiary holds an Interactive Wagering Permit from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission to conduct real money gambling on a global basis from their territory in Canada. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission is the official licensing and regulatory authority for gaming activity within and from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in Canada. Since 1999, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has been continuously licensing and regulating a wide range of interactive gaming sites.

3. The Company intends to apply to Malta Gaming Authority for a Remote Gaming License to provide real money gambling services to the European Union market from Malta.

4.  The Company intends to apply to the Financial Services Regulatory Commission of Antigua and Barbuda for a license to conduct land based event wagering activities in the Esports Coliseum.
