Our PROPOSED 61,500 square feet Esports Coliseum in Antigua will be the world’s largest dedicated esports facility and the first licensed to conduct esports gambling activities. Combined with our online gambling platform, the facility positions the Company as a gambling industry leader.

The Grand Princess Casino in Jolly Harbour, Antigua opened in 2004 and ceased operations in 2008. The property was subsequently put into foreclosure. The Grand Princess is the 2nd largest casino facility in the Caribbean, next only to the Atlantis Casino in the Bahamas.  Situated on 1.85 acres at the entrance to Jolly Harbour, the hurricane proof building covers 61,500 square feet over three floors. Jolly Harbour in Antigua is the largest gated community and marina in the Caribbean.

Esports Entertainment Group intends to purchase the Grand Princess and repurpose the facility into an Esports event and tournament wagering operation. On April 29, 2016 a Public Notice of Auction was published for the sale of the Grand Princess property to be held on June 17th, 2016. As the only company to submit an offer that met the minimum threshold, the Company has a high degree of confidence that an official announcement is imminent.

Our wholly owned Antigua operating subsidiary intends to apply for a License with the Financial Services Regulatory Commission to conduct land based tournament play and event wagering.
